Right of withdrawal

Tickets for concerts and other leisure events scheduled for a specific date or period are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under section 312g(2), no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless otherwise agreed. The usual 14-day withdrawal period therefore does not apply to these tickets. A change of mind alone does not entitle you to return a ticket or receive a refund.

Your statutory rights in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or other failure to perform the contract remain unaffected. Any entitlement to a refund and the procedure depend on the circumstances and the applicable statutory and contractual provisions.
