This website is delivered from a server managed by M&S Entertainment. Technical data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information is processed for delivery and security. CMS access uses a separate account with a hashed password and a necessary session cookie. Sessions expire after eight hours and are revoked on sign-out.
3. Contact Information sent by email or phone is used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f). Information is retained only as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal retention requirements.

Events may include page and project views, ticket-link and contact-link clicks and media views. Names, email addresses and form entries are not sent as event parameters. 6. Videos and external links YouTube videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. The background video starts automatically; other videos start when their preview is clicked. Playback is independent of consent to advertising cookies. Data may still be sent to Google. Locally stored photos and videos load directly from this website. Instagram, Facebook and ticket shops have their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights Subject to applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact info@nakonzert.de. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
